How to interpret other statuses
Expired means the validity period has ended; revoked means the credential is no longer valid. A not-found link or unavailable verification shows no holder details and does not establish a valid credential. Unavailability alone does not establish invalidity either.

When a link cannot be checked
If a link is not found or verification is unavailable, no holder details are displayed. An unavailable page does not, by itself, mean the credential is invalid.
Your exam stays private
The link confirms the issued credential. It does not show your score, responses, identity documents, payment history, review details, or the reason for a revocation. It is not proof of employment or current identity.
From your result to your credential
What you receive and how long it lasts
A credential is earned through the exam. A purchase alone does not issue one.
- A credential once your pass is confirmed
- Once your pass is confirmed and issuance requirements are met, you receive your credential and can download its certificate from your account. If issuance is still in progress, your result shows it as pending.
- Valid for 365 days
- Validity starts on the date of issuance and ends at expiry, unless the credential is revoked earlier. Your certificate and verification page show the issue and expiry dates.
- A status you can check
- After the expiry date, the credential is marked as expired. A revoked credential is no longer valid, even if its expiry date has not yet arrived.
- Certify again when it is time
- Your account offers a route to recertification in the final 30 days of validity or after expiry, subject to the individual offer being available at the standard price. You must take and pass a new exam; it is not an automatic renewal.
