Terms of use and individual purchase.

These terms explain use of this website and individual purchases. The purchase, certification, and refund conditions described at each step also apply.

Direct individual purchase

You can purchase one official exam attempt for one person. Your account records it as one certification credit. Amounts displayed elsewhere on this website exclude tax; Stripe calculates applicable tax when you check out.

Your exam attempt and initial start window

One credit lets you start the official exam once, after signing into your account and verifying your identity. The credit does not expire. Once your payment is confirmed, your initial reservation gives you seven days to start. If that window closes before you start, the credit remains valid and you can request reactivation without buying another credit.

Purchase is not certification

Purchase, payment, or reservation does not itself start certification and does not guarantee admission, completion, a passing result, or an issued credential.

Refund conditions

The automated refund option in Billing applies only to individual purchases that meet its conditions: the latest settled purchase identified as refundable, of one unused credit, requested within 24 hours of settlement and before certification starts. This option does not cover older purchases, partial refunds, or multi-credit purchases. Processing costs are deducted only where the law permits. These conditions do not limit any cancellation, refund, or other consumer remedies available under applicable law.

Requests and staff assistance

Sign into your account and check Billing for the automated refund option. For assistance, a service issue, or a legal right not covered by that option, contact [Contact email — owner replacement required before go-live]. Those requests are assessed separately under applicable law. Submitting a request does not mean an immediate refund. These information pages do not process payments or refunds.
